Magical Mornings (online)

If you’ve always struggled to bring a daily practice into your life, this could well be your answer.

Four mornings a week, we meet via zoom at 9.15-9.45am. We spend 10 minutes getting into our bodies, be that through yoga, shaking, jiggling, tapping, roaring or laughing, or whatever we need. Then we spend ten minutes strengthening our core with pilates and then ten minutes breathwork and meditation. Ticking all the boxes in just half an hour. All classes are recorded for the duration of the four week block so you can do the whole lot in your own time if that’s what suits you better.

As our bodies start to change there are so many ways we can support our physical and mental health through yoga. Whether you have never been on the mat before or you have been practicing for years, I can help guide you through breath, meditation and asana to help alleviate some symptoms and help you transition smoothly into your second spring.

I’ve trained with Uma Dinsmore Tuli so that I can safely and softly guide you through each stage of your pregnancy journey.

Bespoke Package

Whether its a group of friends wanting a yoga class or a special treat of a bespoke class with a Natural Lift Facial Massage or Indian Head Massage, I can put together a package for you.

About me

I am a British Wheel qualified 500hr Yoga Teacher. I began teaching exercise to music in 1998 and have been guiding yoga and pilates since 2002. I’m gentle and intuitive and love working with people to help them connect to their inner selves. We all have a right to feel great in our bodies and to feel connected to the earth around us, my aim is to help people feel vital and alive.
