Whenever I finish a class or a workshop people always want more of the breath work or more of the relaxation/ yoga nidra so finally I am running a workshop dedicated to these two aspects and I am really looking forward to it.
We will spend time exploring the natural breath, expanding and gaining some 'control' over the breath so as to increase our vitality, increase our prana and bring us to a wonderful stillness for a relaxation or yoga nidra.
Sounds a yummy way to unwind after a week doesn't it? Even if you are going straight out afterwards, there is nothing like some breath and relaxation to give your face a soft, relaxed glow... better than botox.
