From the very first class I felt completely at ease, supported and nurtured as a student by Annabel. Her style of teaching shows her depth of knowledge and experience, but still retains a flexibility in approach to adapt to my needs on the day.

My yoga classes with Annabel are purely selfish! They allow me to relax, focus and remind my body what it can do. They also offer me a chance to break away from the daily treadmill and into a calmer place where I can concentrate on supporting myself.
